Transformation Process Dedication Devotion Discipline
Discrimination Determination

A single good thought can trigger a chain of virtuosity. The question is: How can it arise and how to magnify its impact?

Bhagawan Baba says that ‘Faith in yourself, faith in God, is the secret’. As devotees of Bhagawan Baba, we are fortunate that we have immense faith in Him. It is this very Faith which brought us to Bhagawan in the first instance. His Darshan, Sparshan and Sambhashan have blessed us. By His Grace, we should find it easier to generate good thoughts in the mind.

This Devotion is the starting point. With proper discrimination, we should see that only positive thoughts are put into action. It will lead to good action and more positive thoughts. With a disciplined approach, we should repeat good actions so that they form into good habits. Determination is required to convert good actions into good habits until they become our second nature.

Thus, inner values find expression in righteous conduct. They have to be practiced in the society in the form of service (Seva). Duty is an outward expression of the virtuosity within; duty in society is essential to form a strong foundation.

The process of transformation is achieved by a close combination of the five Ds –

  • Devotion,
  • Discrimination,
  • Discipline,
  • Determination and
  • Duty.

Bhagawan Baba says

Dedicate yourself to every work without ego, to take you to true devotion, and develop discipline within. Discriminate every work (is it good or bad, right or wrong), and in turn move on with determination to experience Divinity.

The Five D's: Dedication, Devotion, Discipline, Discrimination, and Determination. Those who have mastered the Five D's are qualified to receive God’s Love.
